Buy your ticket at the kiosk in a few taps

The Ankara Air kiosk is a touch-screen ticket machine that lets you buy your own ticket without queuing. Below are the on-screen steps and the payment options you can use.

Buying a ticket at the kiosk

  1. Tap the screen and choose your languageWhen the kiosk shows its welcome screen, tap it and continue in Turkish or English.
  2. Choose your direction and stopChoose whether you are going from Esenboğa to the city or from the city to Esenboğa, and the stop where you get on or off.
  3. Departure and number of passengersPick a suitable departure and the number of passengers; the screen shows the total.
  4. Enter passenger detailsEnter the details required for the legal passenger notification (U-ETDS). Your ID card is not photographed; see the ID notice page.
  5. Choose how to payPick credit / debit card, bank transfer (havale / EFT) or pay the ticket officer.
  6. Take your ticket and boardWhen you are done, take your ticket and show it to the staff as you board.

Payment options

Three ways to pay at the kiosk and when buying a ticket:

Instant

Credit / debit card

Pay instantly with your credit or debit card on the kiosk's card reader. The accepted card brands are shown on the payment screen.

Via your bank

Bank transfer (havale / EFT)

Pay the fare by bank transfer. Call our call centre for the account details and the reference to write in the description.

On boarding

Pay the ticket officer

Complete the booking at the kiosk and pay our ticket officer as you board.
